KAJAL TO SHOOT FOR ACHARYA NEXT WEEK
Kajal Aggarwal and Gautam Kitchlu were holidaying in the Maldives for about a week. They spent their honeymoon at luxurious resorts and took to social media to share pictures from the same. Now, Kajal is all set to get back into work mode after several months.
She will join the team of Acharya in Hyderabad next week and combination scenes of Chiranjeevi and Kajal will be shot in this schedule. Director Koratala Siva and the rest of the Acharya team have already resumed the film’s shoot in Hyderabad.
Kajal married her boyfriend Gautam Kitchlu on October 30 in a private ceremony in Mumbai. She celebrated her honeymoon in the Maldives and returned to Mumbai for Diwali and Bhai Dooj. Photos from Kajal and Gautam’s Bhai Dooj with their brothers/sisters went viral on social media.
KAJAL REPLACES TRISHA IN ACHARYA
Earlier, Trisha was signed on to play the female lead in director Koratala Siva’s Acharya. However, the actress walked out of the film due to creative differences. Later, the makers chose Kajal Aggarwal to play the female lead. Kajal and Chiranjeevi had earlier worked in Khaidi No 150.
Trisha took to Twitter and wrote, “Sometimes things turn out to be different from what was initially said and discussed. Due to creative differences, I have chosen not to be part of Chiranjeevi sirs film. Wishing the team well. To my lovely Telugu audiences-hope to see you soon in an exciting project. (sic). The tweet has now been deleted.
Apart from Chiranjeevi and Kajal Aggarwal, actors Sonu Sood and Tanikella Bharani are also part of the ongoing Acharya shoot.
Chiranjeevi was supposed to join the team earlier this month. But, he tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Three days later, he announced that he tested positive because of a faulty PCR-kit. The actor will join the Acharya team soon.
